Tiennick Kerevel

 

Tiennick Kerevel was born on February 27, 1956 in Kinshasa, ex Belgian congo. He graduated in engraving in 1979 at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, Higher School of Decorative Arts.

Then, in 1980, the French government gave him a scholarship to do professional training in engraving at the Lacourière and Frélaut workshop in Paris. He will then open his engraving workshop in 1983 in Marseille.

 

In 1994, he won the engraving prize at the Salon des Artistes Français.

Today we can find his name in the dictionary of French painters engravers "Le Benezit" published by Grund.

 

His engravings are present in several public collections including the National Library of France, the Forney Library of the city of Paris (Both a conservation and lending library, the Forney library specializes in fine arts, decorative arts, graphic arts, crafts and their techniques as well as fashion, advertising, design), the Royal Library Albert 1er Brussels.
